awk: need to escape regexp delimiter (/) inside square brackets in a regexp leads to unportable code

One True AWK needs the regexp delimiter / to be escaped even when between square brackets in a regexp.
In the image, I compare the following command in GNU awk, mawk, OpenBSD awk and One True AWK.
It works in all awk implementations, except in OTA.

awk 'BEGIN {s = "/"; sub(/[/]/, "a", s); print s}'

awk: need to escape regexp delimiter (/) inside square brackets in a regexp leads to unportable code

Plan9port's awk needs the regexp delimiter / to be escaped even when between square brackets in a regexp.
Except for the hyphen, characters between square brackets in a regexp need not to be escaped, as they are taken literally. However, in p9p awk, the regexp delimiter character, the slash /, needs to be escaped in that context.

In the image, I compare the following command in GNU awk, mawk, OpenBSD awk and Plan9port awk.
It works in all awk implementations, except in p9p's.

awk 'BEGIN {s = "/"; sub(/[/]/, "a", s); print s}'

Transparency/compositing not working?

Absolutely adoring shod, but I've noticed that none of the transparency affects I have set up (only in my terminal and some parts of browser) are not working. The compositor itself (I've tried picom and xcompmgr) seems to work fine (picom has fade-in and fade-out on some applications like dmenu) but there is no transparency. Any ideas? image

I managed to make client windows transparent.

But there is still some work:
• When there are more than one tab on a container, the transparency does not work (problem that I predicted in my last comment).
• Transparency does not work in kitty(1). It seems that this terminal needs some properties to be set, but I'm not sure which properties are those. However, transparency in Luke's build of st works smoothly, as you can see in this image:
