Implement elixir file name structure, and module naming

Hello Dear @amirrezaask,

Welcome to Elixir community. You have written elixir code and have created elixir files, but without its style. You must follow the rules of the elixir structure.

For example:

file name should be name_of_this.ex, and its module should be NameOfThis

you can see this structure I said in the Elixir core

link: https://github.com/elixir-lang/elixir/blob/c99a17b8cd06b536a5cf8eae65cddf934dd5e4e9/lib/elixir/lib/gen_server.ex#L1

file name is gen_server.ex and its module is GenServer.

If you let me help you in this process, I can teach you how to write a code in elixir with functional style and the elixir structure. It should be noted, I can help you to write GenServer callbacks, but improve your self by the book help, and every time you need advice let me know
